What is home?
Home is a place that provide us shelter no matter what happened during childhood and adulthood.
A place that could never end out of LOVE
We have been indulged to ever since we were born except you have moved.
The place where we in-heritage our mother tongue
The place where we develop our taste
I have been very seldom back to my home sweet home ever after I start working at the Kl
So I would savor each moment spent with my families when Im back.
Well as usual I like to talk to mom as I found out that she is more humour than my dad as she is the one who started all the yellowish jokes.
For instant, I told my mum my favorite is Jolin (左LIN) and I asked her who is the one she likes
tell you what, this is what she answer me Yau Lin (右LIN). It`s really making me LMAO
By looking at this bowl of thing can you tell me what was it?
It`s Sultan Fish.
My dad steamed it with ginger, soy sauce and spreaded some spring onion on top with some fried onion oil onto it.
Simplicity has brought up the taste of the fish.
Now this is different. This is another version of the Sultan Fish.
It was steamed with the mashed ginger and some Shao Xin Wine on to up.
Ginger had killed the taste fishy taste and Shao Xin brought up the thrilling fresh of Sultan Fish.
You have no idea how it would taste like until you tasted it.
These Lap Cheong are my favourite . They are chicken and are from Thailand.
Thailand Lap Cheong has been my favourite ever since my father brought back from his Thai trip during my childhood.
They tasted differently with the local type.
OH. . . I just dont know how to describe that taste. You just got to try it
Even in a stand alone mihoon soup also can be a wonderful if you add these into.
