Do you know what is the point of getting HOME

What is home?
Home is a place that provide us shelter no matter what happened during childhood and adulthood.
A place that could never end out of LOVE

We have been indulged to ever since we were born except you have moved.
The place where we in-heritage our mother tongue
The place where we develop our taste

I have been very seldom back to my home sweet home ever after I start working at the Kl
So I would savor each moment spent with my families when Im back.

Well as usual I like to talk to mom as I found out that she is more humour than my dad as she is the one who started all the yellowish jokes.

For instant, I told my mum my favorite is Jolin (左LIN) and I asked her who is the one she likes

tell you what, this is what she answer me Yau Lin (右LIN). It`s really making me LMAO



By looking at this bowl of thing can you tell me what was it?
It`s Sultan Fish.
My dad steamed it with ginger, soy sauce and spreaded some spring onion on top with some fried onion oil onto it.

Simplicity has brought up the taste of the fish.




Now this is different. This is another version of the Sultan Fish.
It was steamed with the mashed ginger and some Shao Xin Wine on to up.
Ginger had killed the taste fishy taste and Shao Xin brought up the thrilling fresh of  Sultan Fish.
You have no idea how it would taste like until you tasted it.

These Lap Cheong are my favourite . They are chicken and are from Thailand.
Thailand Lap Cheong has been my favourite ever since my father brought back from his Thai trip during my childhood.
They tasted differently with the local type.
OH. . . I just dont know how to describe that taste. You just got to try it
Even in a stand alone mihoon soup also can be a wonderful if you add these into.

yeah. Chinese New Year is around the corner

Time flies, it`s Chinese New Year time!!!
What do you all had for the Reunion Dinner  ?
it`s the Dragon of year.

Hope the Dragon will be the year giving blessing to all of us with letting all of us passing our Exams with flying colours, Promotions , Wealth ,Health and Lucky.

and this year could be the same thing i will do all over the day, which is making cookies.
Baking has been my passion when i start watching baking programmes on the TV.

I always wanted to bake, because it just make me so happy and that feeling could`nt be expressed by word when you really ''producing'' and eating your own product.

Over the years, i will be making Kuih Kapit , fried '' Bee Hives'' and of course the Almond Slice .
These all I learnt from my friend`s mom which I call her as Ah Mi and also my Granny . Yeah, we are close enough like mother and son.

It is surprisingly that bonding between me and my friend`s mother are close enough even i call her Ah Mi. During the days of visiting her house, i learnt how to make cookies, moon cake and etc . Especially before the Chinese new year, visiting her place is such a fun. Supposed be lending them a hand but end up a chaos, but at the end i did learn something new

This year not the same anyone,  I have to work harder and harder due to financial problem. I have been in the ''Market'' for a time, yet din earn much money to spend.

But, during my off day I make some Almond Slice for friends and family even my teacher also bought from me.
 WOW, look at this!!!!! It golden !!

新的一年又要来咯,又是时候感恩咯

又到了2011年的尾声了,新的一年很快就开始了

时间过得真快,又是时候说 bye bye.

还记得圣诞极节那天,就是在山顶上报到的那一天
彷如昨天一样, 一瞬间已过了一年
当初在山顶上做的不开心 就做了一个很坏的决定
下山!

什么都没有准备的我,就信了朋友下了山去闯。

在这个KL 了吃尽了人间的苦和乐
也从天堂掉到天堂
从月赚几千到 POCKET 剩下 几块散钱

幸运的我 , 得到上天的眷顾
得到亲人关怀
得到FINANCE 上的支柱
带我去 POU
在我生病时照料我
在我们闷时,带我去看电影
带我去吃好料
虽然,做了电灯泡
但 无所谓啦
我的另一端的旅程即将要开始了
我要去 KEDAH 啦

哦,实在太感动了!

Allo Paris

Has anyone yet to Paris?
Having a cup of coffee beside the street and sitting next to beloved savoring the perfect time spending together is the one you always dreaming of?

Well ,  we cant really bring you to PARIS but we actually do have ALLO PARIS @ Ritze Perdana.

My bad, there will be not much pictures in this post,because I was not in the mood of capturing. BTW it was a nice dining session when you have a friend that need choke on pills and tilt his head to the right.
It was a raining day, not the light one but is like cat and dog type AKA super duper heavy.

We were welcomed by the restaurant. Allo Paris. It say " Welcome to Paris"
I was so fascinated to be having dinner at such place as it was my first time ever since 20.
I wasn't exposed much to the western food so Im very curious about what they served.


Well as usual just like the one i saw in the TV, they have appetizer and main course if not mistaken they dont have dessert.

It was painted in black, ''chandelier'' on top and almost each walls were having a picture of  Eiffel Tower hanging on it.

What makes the owner name this place Paris? Did he met his fiancee there or had a romantic time with the loved one?

I had my Green Bean Bacon soup as appetizer,
and also hmm some deep fried toro salmon I guessed.
Dont over-think, it`s not really a deep fried salmon as it was coated with seaweed and some flour on it.

Yea, the Salmon thing really look like Japanese food.
It was served with some sauce on it and some cucumber and cherry tomato as decoration
btw, the sauce provide wasn't really has a taste so ask for more so that we can really try on it. The sauce was name ginger wasabi. I dipped into the sauce but still doesnt give me a ''KICK''
Oh ya, not to forget the Green Bean Soup,
It wasn't the one in my head, the gravy was so thick, creamy and i think they added some cheese into it.
perhaps it`s not for me. For those who like to have a thick and creamy taste should have a try.





LOOK AT THAT!!!! I like it so much. It`s an Eiffel Tower ! Actually it just a refill for your Sky Juice.

 I had my main dish which is the Grilled Salmon (I have forgotten the name)

I have never tasted a grilled salmon before so I was wondering wherether I am having fork and spoon on salmon or tuna. The meat was grilled under the grilled pan.
The skin was grilled till so crunchy , the meat was so chunky.
Sorry , the one on the top and the bottom I have no idea what was so. I tasted it but i dont like it.


If you be there early perhaps you can also look go to the next door and get some sports car as Mahathir`s brother or son (I cant remember) have a sport car showroom just beside the restaurant or even you sit in the restaurant you also can see them too as it is a glass wall.

Bukit Tinggi Trip.

Hi, thanks for visiting my blog, finally I did this.

It was my virgin visit to BUKIT TINGGI or now it`s called as Colmar Tropicale which located at Bentong, Pahang.about 1 hour from KL as I had departure from Kepong at 10.20am though a bit late than promised then had breakfast at MCD Karak Highway and we reached there at 11.00am. yes is we. With my family.  And it was also my first time using a DSLR. Now I still amazed with the effect that the DSLR ! totally different from the digital type. I wish I could have one too…..yeah it`s in my wishlist for a long long long time. So in the coming Christmas I hope Mr Santa will really send one to me.   Hahaha !
Yeah , everyone knows Santa doesn’t exist but not  we still have the right to dream right? Let`s keep that away.
Ok here we are.
After a sneaky road finally we reached the another part of the Colmar. It is the Japanese Village.



Look at that slope!! Definitely will help in burning those excess carbs that exchanged into fat in your body and for sure really sweat a lot. The weather was cloudy and since it`s located up the hill so on the way ‘climbing’ up you can still enjoy cold breeze too.



























Ta da..we reached the sort of entrance of the Japanese Village and greeted with WELCOME to the world first Japanese Tea house in the TROPICAL FOREST.
Walking though the path that leads to the Japanese Village, you can fell that you really walk into the core of the forests as you were surrounded by  GREEN. it makes you feel so great as you were surrounded  by tanks of O2. One word can   
describe the feeling - REJUVENATED.                                  




 This is the pond where Koi fish staying but it happened that cleaning is in progress so didnt know the fish was,.














of course holding a DsLR sure dont want to miss out some shooting opportunity.
so we grab ours and start shooting.

Ok , it`s time to have our lunch . Due to raining so we off to Canton Kitchen at Kg. Bukit Tinggi without seeing rabbit.                                                             

We have order a 'Fu Yong' style egg which is specially for our lovely Emily 

A meal without green definitely is not a balance diet so we had ordered a dish of vege which is the born of 'Kai Lan ' and another one vege. this is how it looks like
 And last but not least we had this '' 河虾 "
OMG you dont know how fresh is it. It was steamed with egg white and so ginger spread on it. The freshness of that Prawn is completely bring out. Definitely is a drooling dish. For two prawns cost Rm 52.00
Look that!!!! Mouthful of "虾糕" . Argh i would like to have it again.
Look at IT !!! Almost as big as the plate!!!

He was watching us having out gigantic prawn too. 



Of course not to miss this signature dish. This pork is sliced into thin size, with some fat layer on it and make a deep fry. You cant imagine the feel in your mouth especially those slices have been fried until half crispy half chewy. Complimentary with the slices of cucumber neutralised the sweetness of the dark sauce chilling out the freshness of cucumber totally is a new sensation!!!
After full your stomach you also can visit their mini farm also.!
